On October 10th the Robotise team and JEEVES took part in the 16th edition of Hotelforum, a European Development Conference, at the Hotel Bayrischer Hof in Munich.

Experts of the European hospitality and real estate industry attended the event and took part in interesting conversations about unique hotel projects and tools that can help upgrade the hotel industry. The main topic of the event was innovation in the hotel industry, a perfect setting to display our service robot JEEVES.

JEEVES took part at the “Techno Pitch” alongside five other innovative products designed for the hospitality industry. In a six minutes presentation Johannes Fuchs, our Head of Business Development, took the floor to explain the audience the many benefits that our service robot JEEVES brings to hotels and the industry – namely relieve skill shortage (“Fachkräftemangel”), help staff, generate revenue, improve services and delight guests.

The attendees were impressed by JEEVES’ ability to provide a unique and personalized experience to hotel guests. Moreover, hoteliers told us they like JEEVES because of his capacity to support hotel staff so they can focus on more demanding tasks. JEEVES was not only admired for the various services that he can provide to a hotel and its guests, everyone LOVED his clean and modern design!
