Robotise’s mission is to introduce service robots into people‘s everyday lives. We are a fast-paced and dynamic robotics start-up based in Munich, Germany. We have customers, the right product and prototypes of our service robots already deployed at clients’ sites. In the process of growing our team of passionate, self-driven individuals, we seek an entrepreneurial minded team member for our Munich based office.

YOUR ROLE:

  • As the Director for Sales you’re responsible for leading all of our sales activities while selecting and empowering a small but growing sales team. You have the passion and ambition to engage with our customers and sell a completely new technology solution into the European-wide hospitality (hotel) market and beyond. You identify customer wants and consequently guide our sales-oriented efforts to build a better future with service robots. You are well educated, a people person, a quick learner, outcome driven, willing to go the extra-mile with a commitment to delight our customers. You love challenges and have our customers best interest always at heart.

  • Demonstrate that you have active working relationships with executives from the hospitality industry.
  • Spot market opportunities and act as a spokesperson at sales events and conferences.
  • Create an exciting, ambitious, and fun sales culture within a fast-paced environment.
  • Inspire, coach and develop a team of Sales Development Reps that enjoy winning, especially together.
  • Accurately forecast the sales pipeline, own and drive all required sales activities.
  • Implement initiatives to continually innovate and improve sales processes and performance.
